Join a Group

Small groups are an essential part of the DNA of Hope Chapel. We expect everyone who calls Hope Chapel their home church to be a part of a small group. There are several different types of groups you can be a part of:

D-groups
D-groups, short for discipleship groups, are the place to start if you are new to the church. These are groups of 3-4 people of the same gender who meet weekly for six months. The goal is to create habits of Bible reading, prayer, and spiritual discipline. These groups spend time going thru scripture, discussing basic theology, and holding each other accountable.

Growth groups are small groups meant to take the believer into a deeper knowledge of God’s Word and love for Jesus. These groups come in all different shapes and sizes. Many are for just women or men while some study through a book of the Bible. These groups meet weekly and are eight weeks long.

Care Groups
Connect groups are groups that meet quarterly for a time of fellowship, usually over a meal. The purpose of these groups is to keep everyone connected is a deep and meaningful way. They are led by a care leader who strives to make contact with each family or person once a month.
